That’s why we’re excited to launch the Goat Pure Loyalty Program — a small way for us to say thank you to those who have helped us grow.
We’ve designed this program to reward your continued support with meaningful perks, and we’ve kept it simple, transparent, and built around your regular purchases. Here’s how it works:
🌿 How You Earn Loyalty Points

💰 Earn 1% of your invoice value in loyalty points. (e.g., Spend Rs. 100 and get Rs. 1 in points)

🥛 Points are awarded on Goat Pure products only — like milk, ghee, and future products (e.g., butter, cheese).

🚫 Non-product items such as glass jars, bottles, or delivery charges do not qualify.
- 🔧 Goat Pure reserves the right to adjust earning percentages and minimum spending thresholds at any time.
✅ Who’s Eligible

📅 To qualify, spend Rs. 10,000 in total purchases within a calendar month.

🎉 Once qualified, you’re eligible for lifetime loyalty points — no requalification required!

🔁 Even your first Rs. 10,000 will be counted retroactively for points.

🟢 Program is active from December 1st, 2024.

🧴 Loyalty points apply only to milk and ghee, not packaging materials.
⏳ Validity of Points

📆 Points remain valid for 180 days from the date they’re earned.

⚠️ Unredeemed points will expire automatically after this period.
💸 How to Redeem Points

🎯 Points can be redeemed in multiples of 50 only.

⏱️ Redemption available anytime during the month, as long as 50-point minimum is met.

💵 Redeem points to offset advance payments for your future purchases.
🔁 Cancellations & Refunds
- ❌ If an invoice is canceled or refunded, corresponding loyalty points will be deducted from your account.

Goat Pure reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the loyalty program — including redemption of points — at any time, based on management’s discretion. In case of misuse, fraud, or system errors, Goat Pure retains the authority to adjust or revoke points without prior notice.
